Do you offer pickup?

YES! We offer FREE pickup from our kitchen location in Merrylands, NSW 2160. Pickup is an option at checkout and is every Saturday.

Where do you deliver?

We deliver throughout Sydney Metro. To see exactly where we deliver please visit the list here.

When do you deliver?

We deliver every Tuesday and Saturday, we cannot provide you with a smaller delivery window.

Are meals frozen?

NO! Our meals are made fresh and provided to you fresh. When you receive your meals you should refrigerate them immediately. Meals last for up to 5-7 days in the fridge from the day of delivery.

Once you receive your meals, you can freeze them expect for salads and wraps up to 3 months.

Are meals halal?

All our ingredients are Halal certified. We use 0% alcohol and purchase only hand-slaughtered meats.
