DELIVERY

You must live in our delivery areas to order.

Please take care when entering your delivery address, as refunds will not be given if you enter an address incorrectly. You will not be able to change delivery address once order has been made. 

Add a delivery note if you have specific instructions for our delivery partner, as we do not contact them after order has been picked up.  

Once your meals are picked up by our delivery partner we are no longer responsible. Your meals will be delivered in accordance with your delivery instructions and no changes can be made. 

We deliver every Thursday, we cannot provide you with a smaller delivery window.

We will deliver the meals to the front door of your nominated delivery address. You must make all appropriate arrangements to assist and allow us to deliver the meals, ensuring safe access and obtaining any prior security or other approvals which may apply to the delivery address.

Please take care when placing your Order. We accept no liability or responsibility for incorrectly placed Orders. Nor do we accept any liability or responsibility whatsoever for delivery details which are incorrectly supplied, or which you fail to supply.

If you will not be at home at the expected delivery time, we recommend you nominate a cool safe place for delivery of the meals. If you do not provide a specific place for delivery, we will leave the meals at your front door. If you advise us of any specific delivery instructions in an order, we will endeavour to comply with these instructions to the extent reasonably within our control.

We accept no liability or responsibility for any meals once the meals has been delivered to you.

CUSTOMISATION

We’re not able to customise individual meals based on preference, dietary requirements, or whim!

Once your order has been made, you are not allowed to alter your order. Be sure to double check your order before purchasing. 

CUT OFF TIME

Cut off time is Sunday 8pm. However, we do have limited orders per meals. To avoid any disappointment, order early during the week so you don’t miss out. 

We’ll release the menu of the week every Monday.
